Vingo is a C2C (consumer-to-consumer) online marketplace where you can buy, sell, and bid on pre-owned and new goods — especially passion-category products like gaming gear, photography equipment, and creator tools. It's operated by Buseit Internet Private Limited and available as a mobile app and web platform.
Buseit Internet Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. VINGO is a registered trademark of Buseit Internet Private Limited.
To clarify, Vingo is currently operating within Bangalore and does not service areas outside the city.
No. Vingo is a marketplace intermediary only. All contracts of sale are formed directly between buyers and sellers. Vingo provides the platform, payment facilitation, and logistics coordination — it does not own, hold, or sell any goods.

Immediately report to support@justvingo.com. Vingo is not liable for losses from unauthorised access due to credential mismanagement — timely reporting limits your exposure.
Accounts inactive for 24 consecutive months may be deactivated. You'll get 30 days' notice via email before this happens.
No. Users who were suspended or permanently banned may not re-register under a new identity. Violations may result in IP-level blocking and legal action.
Select your product from Vingo's catalogue if it's available; if not, list it under a category and we will add it to Vingo's catalogue. Auto-fill its specs, add photos, set condition and price, and publish. All listings must be accurate and include real photos of the actual item — stock images alone are not permitted for used goods.
New, Like New, Good, Fair, and Poor. All defects must be disclosed honestly.
Vingo uses a transparent, open-bid auction system. Here's how it works end to end: Placing a bid — Any registered buyer can place a bid on a listed product. All bids are visible to everyone on the platform; buyers can see competing bids in real time, which keeps the process fully transparent. What the seller sees — The seller receives a notification for every bid placed on their listing. They can review all incoming bids and choose to accept the highest bid or reject/delete any bid at their discretion. The seller is in control — the auction doesn't auto-close and force an outcome. Once a bid is accepted — When the seller accepts a bid, the winning buyer is immediately notified. From that point, the buyer has 48 hours to complete payment through Vingo's trusted payment partners (Razorpay — supporting UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and more). Important to know: - Every bid placed is a legally binding offer to purchase — place a bid only if you genuinely intend to buy. - Once the seller accepts your bid, backing out is a violation and may result in account action. - If the winning buyer fails to pay within 48 hours, the bid lapses and the product will be live on the platform again.
No. The item must be in your possession, undamaged, and ready to ship at the time of listing. Pre-listing without stock is prohibited.
All payments are via Razorpay: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, BHIM), net banking, wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay, Mobikwik), EMI, BNPL/Pay Later, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Full Payment — Pay 100% upfront. No surcharge. 80% refund if buyer cancels.
To clarify, Vingo does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for any purchases at this time.
The order is not confirmed and no charge is made. If money was debited despite a failure, it's automatically reversed within 3–7 business days by Razorpay. The item is released back to the market. You can retry immediately — but check your bank statement first before retrying.
Notify Vingo within 24 hours. The duplicate charge will be fully refunded (100%) within 5 business days.
You have to pay within 48 hours after your bid is accepted.
Yes, but transactions settle in INR at the card network's exchange rate. Any forex charges from your card issuer are your responsibility.

80% of the product value. The remaining 20% is retained as a handling/cancellation charge. Shipping charges are refunded in full if cancelled before dispatch.

Two, at least 12 business hours apart (delivery hours: 9 AM–7 PM, Mon–Sat, excluding holidays). You get an SMS + app notification 2 hours before each attempt.
We will ask the seller whether they want to keep their listing active on the platform or mark it as expired.
Yes, but only if the seller still wants to sell at that point — the transaction has not yet been completed. Contact the Customer Mediation Team and pay a re-delivery charge: ₹300–₹500 or 2.5% of product value, whichever is higher.
Acts of God are not counted as buyer-caused failures. Vingo reschedules delivery when conditions permit.
Address changes post-dispatch depend on the logistics partner's capability and may incur additional charges. Vingo cannot guarantee mid-transit redirection.
This is a logistics fault. You receive a 100% full refund (or a replacement if available).
If no tracking update occurs for 5+ business days or the logistics partner confirms it's untraceable, it's declared lost. You receive a 100% refund. The seller is compensated from logistics insurance and is not penalised.
Via My Orders in the Vingo app or website. All shipments have a tracking ID. Proof of delivery (POD) is stored for 90 days.

Change of mind after receiving an undamaged, correctly described item; disputes raised after 48 hours; items bought off-platform; buyer-caused damage; natural wear and tear consistent with disclosed condition.
