Uncharted 4: A Thief's End (PS4) – Complete Original Game Disc & Case

Selling a pre-owned copy of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End for the PlayStation 4. I've finished playing through it and no longer need it, so passing it along for someone else to enjoy.
