Privacy Policy

When you create a flyer, you provide us with:

• Product name, price, and condition
• Your location (city-level)
• A contact number
• A product image

We also collect standard usage data — such as which features you interact with and how the app performs — to help us improve the service. This usage data is not linked to your identity.

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Generate and display your flyer
• Show your flyer on the public Vingo gallery so interested buyers can reach you
• Keep a history of your flyers available to you on this device

Usage data is used in aggregate to understand how the service is used and to fix errors. It is never linked to your identity.

Your flyer — including your contact number, product name, price, condition, and location — is visible to anyone who visits the Vingo gallery. This is intentional: buyers need a way to reach you.

To generate your flyer, your product image and the details you enter are sent to third-party AI services (such as Google Gemini or OpenAI). These services process your data on their own infrastructure, which is not operated by us. We share only the minimum information required to produce the flyer and do not authorize these providers to use your data for any other purpose.

We do not sell your data to third parties or share it for advertising purposes.

With your consent, we use analytics software to collect anonymised usage events — such as which buttons you click and how long it takes to generate a flyer. No personally identifiable information is included in these events.

Your flyer history is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers. You can delete individual entries from the History page at any time. Clearing your browser storage removes all locally stored data.

Generated flyers are stored on our servers so they can be shared via a link.

When the application encounters an error, anonymised diagnostic information — such as the type of error and which action triggered it — is sent to our error-monitoring service. This helps us identify and fix problems quickly. No form content is included in these reports.

Flyer history stored on your device persists until you delete it.

Flyers on our servers are retained to keep shared links functional.

Analytics and error data are retained according to the policies of the respective services we use — typically between 90 days and 2 years.

You can at any time:

• Delete flyers from your local history via the History page
• Withdraw analytics consent by clearing your browser storage for justvingo.com
• Request deletion of server-stored flyer data by contacting us at privacy@justvingo.com

We will respond to deletion requests within 5 days.
